Unlike vessels converted from tourism, Per Ba was designed from the ground up to hold sacred space. Every detail—from the door handles to the cabin’s celestial ceilings to the sun deck’s jacuzzi serves the work of transformation.

In ancient Kemet, Ptah was the god who thought creation into being. He did not create with hands—he created with Hu (divine utterance) and Sia (divine knowledge). Sound was his tool. Vibration was his prayer.
The Sound Dome honors this cosmic principle. A perfect circle—sacred geometry—where sound healing, ceremony, breathwork, and intention converge. The circular design amplifies acoustic resonance, creating a space where the vibration of your voice, instruments, and intention align with the creative force of the universe.
Daily sessions can include:

Ra—the sun god—journeys across the sky each day in his barque (sacred boat), from birth at dawn to death at dusk, passing through the Duat (the underworld) each night to be reborn eternal.
To witness Ra’s journey is to witness the cycles of life, death, renewal, and infinite return. The two sun decks are dedicated to this eternal rhythm.
The upper deck features open-air lounge seating with panoramic views of the Nile. This is where you watch the sun rise—the daily rebirth of Ra. Where you practice sunrise rituals honoring the new light. Where you witness your own inner resurrection.
The lower sun deck opens directly to the river—Aset’s living body. Here you swim, you float, you surrender to the waters that have sustained Egypt for millennia. Here you embody the journey of the soul through water, through transformation, through the river of life.

Each of the 12 cabins is a sanctuary for this inner work. Inspired by the Duat, each cabin is designed to support rest, protection, and the soul’s journey inward.
