The Merkaba
Per Ba Merkaba is a luxury sailing dahabeya built to host intimate journeys along the Nile.
About Per Ba
Per Ba — “House of the Soul” — is an ancient Egyptian phrase describing a sacred dwelling for the spirit. Inspired by this timeless idea, Per Ba Merkaba was created as an elegant dahabeya where Egyptian symbolism meets refined design.
Lotus motifs of rebirth, ankhs delicately carved in wood, and constellations across the ceilings in honor of Nut
quietly weave the spirit of ancient Egypt into every detail.
Designed with intention yet grounded in comfort, the vessel offers a temple-inspired sound dome for gathering, an open sun deck beneath the wide sky of Ra, private cabins for rest and renewal, and dining rooted in the warmth of Egyptian hospitality.
Here, the House of the Soul sails the Nile.
